When can I expect to receive my order?

Senior photo orders are typically delivered roughly 2-3 weeks after you have made your purchase. Non-senior photo orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days of your purchase.

Why do I have to pay shipping?

Our shipping fee covers the cost of packaging, shipping, and handling of an order. As a means to deliver photos in a timely manner, all orders are shipped directly from our printing lab in Virginia.

Can I pick up my order from your studio rather than having it shipped?

f you have a concern with direct delivery (ie mail theft; past difficulty with delivering to your address; frequent damage to deliveries), please give us a call to see how we can best meet your needs.

I did not receive my class composite with my pictures, where is it? [Elementary School Only]

Class composites/prints are processed all at once after picture makeup day so that students who missed the original picture day can still be included in the class photo. For this reason, we print the class composites/prints and deliver them to the school in January/February for teachers to pass out to students who purchased one. If your student has not received their class composite/print by Spring Break, please give us a call so we can solve this for you.

Am I able to combine my students' orders?

Alternatively, you can access the galleries by using the links we send via text/email. Use a link for one student, add what you’d like to your cart, and follow the link for another student/gallery before going to checkout. This will also compile your orders into one cart.

What is the cost of elementary/underclass/sports retouching & what does it include?

If you have a specific editing concern (like scar removal/flyaway hair concern/outfit stain), you can instead add the $10 Custom Retouching option. For Senior Portrait orders please provide your concern in the Order Notes section at checkout. If the shopping cart does not allow you to leave notes, please give our customer service a call before placing your order.

Can I add the name & year to their prints?

Yes! We can add the name and year (ex: Samantha 2025) to any size print for an additional cost. This is $25 per image for senior photos and $10 per image for non-seniors. Note that this additional cost is per image rather than per print. If you order multiple prints in the same image, we will only require one fee to add the name and year to those particular prints.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the custom/personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds of products as they cannot be restocked or resold.
