ALSP (All League Sports Photo), a division of Cherished Memories Photography, is seeking enthusiastic, skilled sports photographers for seasonal assignments. You'll capture high-quality images of youth athletes, teams, and league events at indoor and outdoor venues, offload photos the same day, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Capture dynamic, high-quality images of athletes, teams, and live-action sports
  • Offload and upload all event photos the same day to meet delivery timelines
  • Work as part of a photography team or independently, depending on the event
  • Maintain, prepare, and manage your photography equipment
  • Follow ALSP workflows for capture, file organization, and data management
  • Represent ALSP professionally on-site with clients, athletes, and staff

What we're looking for

  • Proven sports photography skills, including action and motion
  • Strong organization and time management for same-day offloading
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Familiarity with editing/file tools (Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, or similar)
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned venues

Work environment

Primarily on-site at sports fields, gyms, and league facilities, in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Expect some lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods, and be prepared for diverse weather.

What you'll do

  • Greet every client and visitor with a warm, professional welcome
  • Check clients in for their scheduled appointments
  • Share current promotions, offers, and package options
  • Guide clients through package selections during sales appointments
  • Schedule or reschedule sessions and sales appointments
  • Handle cash, card, and other payments accurately, and issue receipts

The Phone Support Member is the entry-level role on our customer service team, handling inbound calls and messages with friendly, efficient support. You'll work under Customer Support Specialists and build foundational skills in customer communication, order systems, and company processes.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to messages promptly and professionally
  • Help with order status, photo access, yearbook requirements, and scheduling
  • Follow scripts and department guides for common questions and processes
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Customer Support Supervisors
  • Complete assigned ClickUp tasks and follow-ups on time
  • Keep accurate notes in customer accounts and order records
  • Help with basic office tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong verbal communication and a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Able to follow instructions, scripts, and processes consistently

Day to day

A typical shift includes around 20 calls (5–6 per hour), completing your ClickUp tasks on time, keeping a positive, professional tone, and escalating rather than guessing when you're unsure.

Growth & advancement

Complete a full season with consistent performance and you may be eligible to advance to Customer Support Specialist — with a clean record, strong KPIs, the Specialist Exam, and a recommendation.

Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour based on experience and location, with San Diego– and Los Angeles–region positions toward the higher end of the range.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where your skill and attention to detail will shine. You'll own the experience from check-in to the final edited image.

What you'll do

  • Greet and check in clients for a smooth, welcoming start
  • Pose and photograph seniors, children, and families to studio standards
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and professional
  • Maintain equipment and props ready for use
  • Organize, edit, catalog, and back up client images
  • Follow guidelines to keep image quality consistent
  • Assist clients at the end of their session with next steps

What we're looking for

  • Experience photographing teens and children (preferred)

Keep production moving. Behind every photo package is a team that edits, prints, packages, and ships — a hands-on, detail-focused role, and no prior experience is required.

Full description

Production Assistants keep our deliverables on track — editing and processing photos, running printers, packaging and shipping orders, and handling special requests through Asana. It's a detail-oriented, hands-on role, and we'll train you on our tools and standards.

What you'll do

  • Handle special requests in Asana — gather info, prioritize, fulfill, and notify the requester
  • Help produce project deliverables on time
  • Edit and process photos to company standards and turnaround times
  • Flag photo quality issues to a Production Specialist or Lead
  • Operate and troubleshoot production printers to keep print quality high
  • Package deliverables, generate shipping labels, and drop off at the post office
  • Keep the workspace clean and report inventory or equipment issues
  • Log daily tasks and time accurately

What we're looking for

  • No prior experience required — we'll train you
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organization and time management
  • Basic Photoshop editing skills, or a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable operating and troubleshooting printers
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet turnaround times
