Cherished Memories Photography provides school-authorized photography services, including but not limited to school picture days, portrait sessions, yearbook photos, composites, ID cards, and senior portraits.
- All photography services are performed under agreements with schools and school districts.
- Photography schedules, locations, and session types are determined in coordination with each school.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, school closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders and Payments
When placing an order through our website or ordering platforms:
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged with the school.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled by our production partners. Delivery times may vary.
Refunds and Reprints
- If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or credit at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for refunds.
