To our customers,

Starting on Monday, May 4th, our Lake Elsinore Studio will be open by appointment only. You must call us to schedule an appointment before arriving due to the limited space we have in our studio.

Our office staff will continue to work remotely Monday-Friday from 12pm-4pm to take orders and answer questions.


Our vendor that produces the gradution signage has ran out of material. With that said, we have stopped accepting orders for the rest of the 19-20 school year. Thank you for your support during this time!


Online Orders: If you placed an order on our website and chose ship to site, these will be held at our studio until we can deliver them the school site. Specific instructions on how to pick up your picture order will be announced by each school site. If you placed an order with shipping to home, your order will automatically be processed and shipped out via USPS First Class mail. Orders will arrive to your home within 5-7 business days. This is subject to change based on our photo lab.

-Proof Return Orders: We are working with each site to ensure that we can pick up turned-in orders and process them in a timely manner. We will also work with them to come up with a plan to have them dropped off at the school sites so families can pick them up. Specifc instructions on how to pick up your picture order will be announced by each school site.

-School Specfic Updates:

We have made arrangements with the following elementary schools to deliver photos to the site within the next week: Lasselle, Manuel L. Real, and Columbia Elementary

Picture orders from Machado Elementary, Railroad Canyon, and Wildomar can be picked up at our Lake Elsinore Studio. Please call us at 951.304.4133 to schedule a pickup.

We are still working with El Potrero Preschool to come up with a dropoff plan. If you wish to have your order shipped, we can do so for $5 to cover labor and shipping costs. Please call our office to schedule.

During this time, we are offering free shipping on orders of $25 or more with our elementary school pictures. Enter SPRING at checkout. Because this is automatically fulfilled with our photo lab, we cannot refund $5 if you place your order without entering the SPRING code.


Our photo lab has opened a portion of their business to begin processing our senior print products. They hope to open their novelty product portion of the lab next week.

We are processing our senior orders as quickly as possible with limited staff. We thank you for your patience as we strive to deliver these orders to you in a timely manner.

If your order is at the studio and wish to pick up, please call our studio to make an appointment, you will not be able to pick up unless you have an appointment. If you wish to have your order shipped (prints only), you can do so for a nominal fee of $10.

If you place an order of $150 or more, you will receive free shipping home. Enter discount code SPRING at checkout.

If you have a $50 deposit: Due to the pandemic and the hard times our families are facing, we have extended our deadline to order your photos until August 2021. Remember, if you have this deposit, you will need to complete your order over the phone.


Currently, all other orders will have their photos processed in 3-4 weeks due to limited staff at this time. Orders will be direclty shipped to you.

Elementary school yearbooks will be only be available to purchase online. Books will be shipped directly home at the end of May (subject to changed based on federal and state orders).
